Catie Food Systems, Inc. was founded in 1988 by Malcolm Pike with 6 Wendy's Restaurants and has grown to 14 restaurants with our newest Wendy's located at 1882 Port Republic Road in Harrisonburg, VA which opened in April 2016. In 2013 Malcolm purchased 13 existing Wendy's Restaurants and formed Shirley May Restaurant Group, Inc. Malcolm is a franchisee owner of 27 Wendy's Restaurants located in North Carolina and Virginia. Catie Food Systems Inc. and Shirley May Restaurant Group, Inc. are headquartered at 885 Franklin Turnpike Danville, VA 24540.
