From 1974 to 1994 the company joined the Century 21 family but reverted back to an independent status in April 1994, at which time Dan Cavanaugh Jr. (Dannie), who had joined his father in 1976, took over operation of the business. Dan and Vera's daughter Shelley Cavanaugh Calde joined the firm as bookkeeper in January 1995, making Cavanaugh Realtors a true family business. Cavanaugh Realtors specializes in the selling of residential and investment property in the Culver City and West Los Angeles area.
