CavemanChefs was founded in 2014 by Chef Owners David Kenney, Edward Coulombe, and Partner & Operations Manager Zach Kopp. We have been friends, more like family, for over 25 years! As a Colorado native, our Sous Chef Johnny Hurley is happy to be based out of Denver! Here at CavemanChefs, we love to eat, and know you do to! That fact is what drives us. We are champions of environmental stewardship, sustainability, and humanely raised meats. We offer pasture raised beef and lamb, 100% antibiotic and hormone free pork, and chicken, and the worlds best Verlasso Salmon. We do our very best to buy local, organic, and seasonal vegetables, while also providing the variety and quality our customers demand.
