We are a Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) specializing in new construction and remodeling of commercial and government buildings in the District of Columbia. Our expertise is in wall framing, drywall, ceilings, rough-carpentry such as doors/frames/hardware, masonry, and concrete. CCC also services the construction industry by providing general construction, construction management, and procurement services. CCC is owned and operated by Frank Chiaramonte, President. Frank manages the day-to-day activities of the construction business, while the director of operations of the company manages the day-to-day field operations.
