Christian Children's Home

Christian Children's Homes of Tennessee is a ministry outreach of its parent organization, the Christian Children's Home of Ohio, Inc. Through this relationship, we are part of a respected tradition that has made life-changing differences for children in Ohio since 1969. This relationship also links us with Christian Children's Home International, currently serving children in Ukraine. Services to Tennessee children and families began in 2001 when Christian Children's Home of Ohio integrated Family Consultants, a Christian counseling and adoption agency, into its organization to form Christian Children's Homes of Tennessee. Serving the eastern third of Tennessee, Christian Children's Homes of Tennessee is licensed by the Tennessee Department of Children's Services as a Licensed Child-Placing Agency. Membership is held in the Tennessee Association of Child Care, Tennessee Conference on Social Welfare, and the Elizabethton/Carter County Chamber of Commerce.
