Career Care Institute

Career Care Institute is the Antelope Valley's leading vocational medical training facility and is the first school in the AV to offer both the Vocational Nursing and Limited Permit X-Ray Technician programs. Career Care Institute is also the only school to offer the Limited Permit X-Ray Technician program in Ventura. Our institution has provided continuous quality training to our communities and has produced some of the Antelope Valley's and Ventura's most professional Licensed Vocational Nurses, Medical and Dental Assistants, and Limited Permit X-Ray Technicians. Career Care Institute was established in 1998 by Edmund Carrasco to meet the growingneeds of the community and the healthcare industry. In the years since, the school has expanded to include additional campuses in Ventura (2004) and Moreno Valley (2007); where, once again, the institution made an impact within the community by training quality Vocational Nurses, Medical and Dental Assistants, and Limited Permit X-Ray Technicians. The school has seen employment growth in addition to a considerable improvement in course offerings and student services, to help meet the students' educational and employment needs. A veteran of the medical field-and keenly aware of the rapid expansion in the healthcare industry-Mr. Carrasco works closely with hospitals, chiropractors, dental offices, urgent cares, private practices, walk-in clinics, physical therapists and many more specialty medical offices to make certain that all practices and procedures taught at the school reflect those that are used in the field. This, in turn, ensures that students are provided with the necessary tools to successfully meet the healthcare community's increasing need for well trained and educated health professionals today.
