The Company is owned by Compania Cervecerua Unidas Argentina SA and has one subsidiary, Andina Desarollo SACFAIMM, which is active in the agricultural sector. Compania Industrial Cervecera SA owns and operates two brewing plants, in Salta and Santa Fe.
