Chengdu PUTIAN Telecommunications Cable Co., Ltd. is a telecommunication cable company in the People's Republic of China. The Company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of various types of telecommunications cables (including different types of copper cables and optical fiber cables), optical fibers, cable joining sleeves, as well as equipment, manufacturing parts and materials for production of cables. The Company is organized into three operating divisions: manufacture and sale of copper cable and related products, optical fibers and related products, and cable joining sleeves and related products. At December 31, 2007, the Company's subsidiaries included Chengdu SEI Optical Fiber Co., Ltd., Chengdu Gaoxin Cable Co., Ltd., Shuangliu, Dongguan CDC and Chengdu MCIL. In January 2008, the Company disposed a 75% equity interest in its subsidiary, Dongguan CDC to Dongguan Huiyuan.
