CDM Scotland Ltd were the first independent company in our field to successfully achieve Investors in People all the way back in July 1997. We underwent our most recent audit and review in October 2012 and have again been successful in the re-accreditation process. We are members of: CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety Scheme) - Our approach to safety management and our procedures and systems have been assessed by CHAS and deemed suitable and sufficient . As part of this process the assessment is carried out annually. ConstuctionLine - Is the largest register of pre-qualified contractors and consultants. In an industry beset by technical language and terminology, we ensure that our communication is clear and comprehensible. All of the team at CDM Scotland Ltd are directly employed, are Registered Members of the Association for Project Safety and Chartered members of the Institution of Safety and Health. We also have 'boots on ground' experience and we have successfully managed the safety of large, complex projects. We believe in forming and maintaining close relationships with our clients through regular communication. This approach combined with our in-house designed systems and procedures, ensures that we are able to give the right information, to the right people, at the right time - the key to effective safety solutions.
