Cedar Valley Steel

The company was founded in rural Iowa, with roots stretching deep into the soil. Cedar Valley Steel President Craig J. Breitbach and Warren W. Stoner started the company from the basement of Craig's home. Both men tilled the earth of the Iowa Landscape by day, and then dealt with clients and bids by night. The two men began the company as subcontracting rebar binding specialists. As time progressed, Craig and Warren contracted the construction of a small theater in Decorah, IA. Then, while teamed with Ace Construction (based in Grimes, IA), Cedar Valley Steel erected a Wal-Mart Store in Decorah, Iowa. Our main office is in Cedar Rapids, but we grew substantially over the years and expanded into the quad cities area and now have an office there as well. Quality Work
