Center Street Lending

Currently, Mr. Frosh serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for Center Street Lending. He is also Managing Director of Whiskey Hill Partners, a private equity firm. From 2001 through 2007, Mr. Frosh served as President of Sperry Van Ness, one of the nation's largest real estate investments brokerage firms. Under his leadership, Sperry Van Ness grew from nine markets and 100 agents to 165 markets in 36 states and 1,300 agents nationally. Revenues grew from $15 million to $130 million in 5 years. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Mr. Frosh served as President of CAM Commerce Solutions, formerly a NASDAQ-listed software development company that is focused on point-of-sale, inventory control and credit card processing based in Fountain Valley, Calif. During his five-year tenure CAM's stock price grew from $2 per share to $43 per share. CAM was twice named by Fortune Magazine as one of the nation's 50 fastest growing small cap public companies. The company was sold in August, 2008 for $187 million. Prior to CAM Commerce, Mr. Frosh served as regional vice president for Automatic Data Processing (ADP), based in Roseland, New Jersey. Mr. Frosh is a board member for Pacific Union Real Estate REI Wise and California Stem Cell. He an advisory board member for Charles Dunn Real Estate and Advanced Storage Systems. He is a Professor of Marketing at Pepperdine University and has been a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) since 1994.
