Centerville Clinics

Centerville Clinics provides total healthcare to the entire community through a network of community medical and dental offices serving Fayette, Greene, Washington, and Westmoreland counties. Originally known as the Union Miners Building, Inc., Centerville Clinics traces its roots to the early 1950s and the vision of Joseph A. Yablonski, an International Board Member of the United Mine Workers of America. Mr. Yablonski's goal was to attract more doctors, particularly specialists, to practice in rural southwestern Pennsylvania, where they could meet the medical needs of miners and community members. Today, more than 50 years later, Centerville Clinics continues to serve its communities. The Centerville Clinics network of 11 community medical and dental offices includes Bentleyville Family Practice Center, California Doctors Office, Carmichaels Clinic, Charleroi Medical and Dental Office, Connellsville Medical Office, Fairchance Office, Republic Doctors Office, Uniontown Family Doctors, Washington Family Doctors, Waynesburg Office, and the Yablonski Memorial Clinic. Centerville Clinics also operates six mental health service sites. Centerville Clinics participates in most Managed Care programs and accepts both Medicare and Medicaid Managed Care. Alert to the unique healthcare needs of the region, the Clinics continues to accept new patients at all of its locations. Each year Centerville Clinics participates in several area health fairs and offers health-education programs. As a member of the Western Pennsylvania Health Disparities Collaborative, Centerville Clinics provides Diabetes Education Programs at the Yablonski Memorial Clinic. Centerville Clinics also sponsors RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program), a community-service program it has been involved with since 1972. The primary-care services offered by Centerville Clinics include family practice, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, podiatry and mental health services.
