The restaurants include California Dreaming, The Tavern at Phipps, New York Prime, Joey D's Oak Room, Chophouse New Orleans, Gulfstream Café, Carolina Roadhouse, Fiesta del Burro Loco, and Chophouse '47. CentraArchy first began operations in 1984 and is based out of Charleston, South Carolina.
