Central Film School

Central Film School London is very much a 21st century film school drawing on the best established practices in practical film training whilst actively responding to the fast changing world of film and television production and employment training needs. For example, Central is the only film school in the world delivering practical training in cinematography across all main formats from 35mm film and Super 16mm film to 35mm Digital High Definition cameras including the Sony F3 and even 35mm DSLRs such as the Canon 5D. Out tutors are working industry professionals and include some of those at the forefront of using new and emerging technologies in the professional environment. For example Paul Wheeler BSC is both a Senior Cinematography tutor at the film school and the author of three of the most widely used teaching books in Cinematography in use today.
