Central Florida Tapping & Construction Services, Inc. has been in business since 1996, but Rick Bullington, the owner, has been in the tapping and water/fire line construction business for over 25 years. He wants to do the job and do it right. As one of Central Florida's premier underground utility contractors, we have the expertise to complete your job quickly and correctly. We are state licensed as a Certified Underground Contractor (CUC 055705) and as a Certified Building Contractor (CBC 045652).
