A mosaic of geographic and cultural diversity, and home to over 920,000 local residents, the Central West LHIN plans, integrates, funds, monitors and delivers home and community care in the communities of Bolton-Caledon, Brampton and area, Bramalea and area, Dufferin and area, and north Etobicoke, Malton, west Woodbridge. Together with local Health Service Providers and community partners the Central West LHIN is committed to the development of an integrated system of health services that places patients first, is responsive to their needs, while delivering better value for money.
