CEPRAD Consultancy founded in 2010 by a group of three. The Group encompasses graduates in the fields of Business Administration, Education, Conflict Resolution, Journalism, and Development Studies from the following Universities: Hargeisa, Amoud, Bradford, Kampala International, Oslo, Eastern Mennonite and Indiana University of Pennsylvania with Bachelors Postgraduate Diplomas, and Master degrees. Their intention was providing a more dynamic and effective brand of development initiatives and peace building. This entrepreneurial approach would look beyond traditional philanthropy to embrace the virtues of the private sector, and build a company that delivers social and economic development on a competitive, cost-effective, best-value basis-a social enterprise that is self-sustaining because it is profitable.
