On 24 April 2018 it will be that time again: CHSH is offering undergraduates, graduates and PhD students of law or commercial law the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of an M&A transaction. Take part in a workshop and see for yourself how a large-scale M&A transaction is executed. The Big Deal Workshop will culminate in a podium discussion where a distinguished panel will offer career tips for students of law. This year, we will have the honour of welcoming special guest Prof. Dr. Günther Ofner, Chairman of Vienna Airport AG. Following the podium discussion, the successful closing of the M&A transaction simulated during the workshop will be celebrated in style at the Big Deal Clubbing event, organised in cooperation with "Der Standard".
