Centre for Integrative Health (CFIH) is a multidisciplinary private practice located in Brisbane. We understand that people of all shapes, sizes, ages, genders and cultural backgrounds can have weight, eating and body image difficulties. These challenges affect not only our emotional health but often also our physical health, work functioning and loved ones. As such, CFIH was designed to provide the highest quality treatment from an integrated team of skilled and experienced health practitioners across a range of disciplines. The team at CFIH has been personally selected on the basis of their knowledge, experience, and skill base as well as their passion and commitment to the fields of eating and weight concerns. Our highly skilled and specialised staff utilise evidence-based approaches (including Maudsley Family-Based Therapy and CBT-E) to treat a range of eating, weight and body concerns in children, adolescents and adults. CFIH has also launched the Health Transformation Program which specifically targets individuals experiencing binge-eating or chronic dieters using a non-weight focused approach to build a healthy relationship with food and body acceptance.
