CGT Contractors & Developers Limited is a Bahamian owned family-run business and was founded in Nassau, Bahamas in 1963 by Carl G. Treco. Over the years, Carl refused to have the company name associated with anything but the highest quality workmanship and commitment to excellence. Today after nearly 50 years in business, those principles still stand with Carl's sons, Larry and Wayne Treco now running the day to day operations. Together they have expanded the company's services from residential construction, building solely in Nassau, to a high-end residential, commercial and industrial contracting company with a growing development arm providing living space and commercial properties throughout the entire Bahamas, completing between $25 Million and $30 Million in construction volume each year.
