At Challenger Group, Hydraulic Cylinders are designed and manufactured to meet your individual requirements from a bore size of 20mm upto a maximum bore size of 350mm, with working pressures going up to 450 Bar. Double Acting, Single Acting, Cushioned and Through Rod types can be manufactured from mild or stainless steel depending on your particular application. Cartridge valves, limit switches or linear potentiometers can be built into the hydraulic cylinders if required. Computer aided design and modern CNC machine tools are used extensively throughout manufacture. Our Hydraulic cylinders are used in a variety of applications, such as Machine Tools, Refuse handling, materials handling, offshore equipment, steel processing, water treatment, mining, construction, vehicle manufacturing, and within the chemical industry. We also stock a wide range of hose and couplings. Based in Hull, our factory is equiped to handle jobs of all sizes, and you are welcome to come and visit us to see our manufacturing process.
