Clients have a customer specific login to our website where they can confidentially interrogate the system for both client wide and site specific reports on work carried out, costs, scheduled visits plus access to photographic records of sites and assets. History is not deleted, hence we have a staggering nine years of information to provide factual maintenance cost of replacing lamps and components including LED versions.
