Champions Insurance Company (Pvt) Ltd (C.I.C P/L) is primarily a Short-term insurance company offering a wide range of short-term products both for the individual, and corporate clients. It started operating on 1 November 2003. Deeply embedded in all our products is a promise and guarantee, not of customer satisfaction because we exceed that and go an extra mile, but of customer delight and financial security. One of the key factors that puts Champions Insurance Company in a league of its own, is the fact it has managed since its inception to provide consistent, quality underwriting and a seamless service delivery courtesy of an experienced staff complement. In so far as claims settlements are concerned we boast of one of the best claims turnaround period in the Industry. Champions Insurance Company is wholly owned locally and this facilitates on the spot decisions and eliminates bureaucracy. Champions Insurance was incorporated in June 2003 as a niche insurer targeting the under-served target markets of the Zimbabwean business and population. The company has built expertise and capacity in the 8 years it has operated in the Zimbabwean market and now commands a growing presence in various sectors of the economy. Champions Insurance is licenced by the Insurance and Pensions Commission under licence number 11, and is also a member of the Insurance Council of Zimbabwe.
