CHANCES - Caring, Helping, And Nurturing, Children Every Step - is a non-profit, charitable organization that exists to provide a range of early intervention and support services to children from 0-11 years and their families, particularly those experiencing additional life challenges. CHANCES has active Family Centres in Charlottetown, Stratford and Cornwall. These centres provide a local base for the provision of both on-site and outreach programs, in addition to a province-wide in-home visiting program for vulnerable infants and their families.
