As the coronavirus pandemic continues to impact on the daily routines and business operations of millions of people worldwide we at Charles Parker Bennett are following the guidance provided by the government and have implemented our own business continuity plan. Our priority is the health and safety of our employees, their families, clients and those with whom we interact but we also remain focused on maintaining client service and delivery. We continue to monitor the most current government guidance ensuring the wellbeing of our people. We already operate an agile workforce which means our staff have the ability to work remotely. We are set up to run meeting's via video conference call which will enable us to support efforts to increase social distancing and limit non- essential travel. We are confident that our continuation plans and technology platform, along with remote working capabilities will allow us to continue providing a level of service expected and we will remain at your disposal to complete such services and provide support to you wherever you require. During the imposed lock down period our offices will be closed however phone calls and emails are redirected to home working personnel. Obviously during lock down periods, it will not possible for our surveyors to carry out inspections therefore our ability to service client requirements is severely restricted. However, we will aim to remedy this at the very earliest opportunity available.
