Every single wine (and we literally have thousands) has been hand selected by our co-owner and wine buyer, Mike van Beyrer. This is a foreign concept to chain grocery and other big box stores who have their wines chosen by someone in the purchasing department of a central office that is likely in another state. So while we have the advantages of a small locally-owned wine shop, we also offer the low-cost benefits of a big box store. We have the buying power to buy in sufficient quantities to get the best prices in town. And while we love many mainstream wines and have hundreds of them available, Mike and his team also enjoy finding those under-the-radar gems that offer great value at reasonable prices or that elusive cult wine for the special occasion. Additionally no other store can compete with the level of service and knowledge of our top-notch wine associates. In addition to always having a knowledgeable owner on the floor, we have assembled a great team of true wine aficionados who are always happy to help you choose the right wine for any occasion.
