Chartis offers every employee up to $2,500 per year for professional training and certifications. We also offer up to $550 per credit hour at Virginia Public Universities for employees seeking undergraduate and graduate degrees. We are proud that the list of our employees' technical and management certifications is constantly growing and, today, we have employees pursuing Masters Degrees in areas such as Business Administration (MBA).
