WCM owns more than 700 empolyees, 87 technicians, 2 design and audit persons, 15 persons, which possess non-destructive testing qualification above grade II, 277 welders with certificates, and 5 persons major in physical and chemical, 2 persons for measurement. The company sets institute for chemical machinery, which takes charges for product design and technique research. Besides, the company owns power of attorney for U product with ASME specification, NB letter of authority from U.S. pressure container examiner headquarter and national I, II, III type (including multilayer) design and manufacture certificate. It's able to design and manufacture equipments according to national advanced standard for coal chemical, petroleum chemical, salt chemical, refine chemical, metallurgy and so forth. The company's factory occupies 120,000m2, 74,000m2 of workshop, thereinto, 34,000m2 workshop for heavy container, 6000m2 workshop for stainless steel, 11000m2 workshop for nonferrous metal, 5000m2 workshop for preparation, 3500m2 workshop for gold processing, 1100m2 of 1#, 2#, 3# detecting rooms. The third period construction of WCM for floor flattening has started since the second quarter in 2010, will be completed within two years according to plan. After the accomplishment, the project will be applied in research, development and manufacture of high pressure heavy equipment and nonferrous metal equipment. The project occupies about 96,000m2, including 72,300m2 of building areas, consists of one heavy blanking workshop for preparation, two heavy riveting workshops, one building for scientific research, one office build for heavy industry, two training centers for employees and six buildings as employee apartment. After the project putting into production, it will increase 300 working positions, and realize 750million of annual income.
