As the Chico community continues to grow, we at CARD are focused more than ever in providing quality services and activities to meet both your individual and family needs. We understand the importance in developing programs that bring friends and families together to have fun and build lasting memories. Over the past few years, CARD has experienced a substantial increase in program participation and facility use. Our Board of Directors and staff are prepared to meet the demands of our increasing population by creating new and exciting recreational opportunities.
