Wuxi Lihu Wheel Manufacture Co.,Ltd was founded in March, 1994, specialized in turbo-charger components manufacture. he plant occupies an area of 33800 M2, in-door floor area 23000 M2. here are more than 480 staff, of whom 60 more are intermediate and advanced professionals and technicians, 15% are with college degrees or above. In year 2007, more than 1,200,000pcs are produced, the sale volume reaches close to 100 million RMB. In 2005, we passed Quality Management System ISO/TS16949 verification which was widely recognized in international automotive industry. The Internal Computerized Management System has been built up(ICMS), and we are competent to cooperate with big and medium size domestic corporations and top Fortune 500 enterprises worldwide. The sale of this year is nearly 50 times as that of 10 years ago. This is our machining factory, there are more than 130 staff, machining center 23 units, 31 lathes. This production line is set up and used for Honeywell Europe only, it consists of 5 units CNC and 6 lathes. This is our foundry factory, more than 180 staff work here. This is core-making machine, altogether there are 17 sets. This is the melting furnace, there are 4 melting furnaces, some are big, and some are smaller; and 4 heat preservation furnaces. This is pouring machine, we have 33 sets in all, at present, the automatic casting production line is under design and construction. This is the quenching furnace, 2 sets with 2 tons capacity, and one set with 750kg capacity. This is the clean workshop, there are blasting machines 5 sets. This is the exhibition room, various part numbers products are on show here. We have developed more than 300 P/N for our domestic and international customers, our annual production capacity for casting parts is 6,500 tons and 1,700,000pcs for machining. This our quality management system, there are 40 quality control staff, and a well equipped by spectrum analyzer, three coordinate measuring machine, leak test equipment, contour checker and surface roughness meter etc. This is the top management level, Chairman and the board of directors Mr. Wang is convening a meeting with vice general managers and department managers.
