Chiripal Industries Limited is a textile company having its operations in India. The Company operates primarily in the man-made fiber segment especially in polyester based products. It holds 92.26% of Vishal Fabrics Private Limited. The Company’s manufacturing activities are undertaken at two different units: Unit 1 consisting of yarns and knits division and Unit 2 (erstwhile Shanti Processors Limited) consisting of fabrics and garments division. The operations at Unit 1 are divided into Partially Oriented Yarn (POY) division, Fully Drawn Yarn (FDY) division, texturising division and knits division.
