Christian Caine is an independent, locally-owned store with a simple mission: to restore a sense of romance to the process of buying jewelry. We specialize in custom bridal and fashion jewelry design, with well over twenty years of experience in the business. "One of the things that makes us unique is the amount of work we do right here," explains owner Christopher Rankin. Indeed, the design work, wax carving, fabrication, stone setting, and polishing all take place in a fully-equipped shop located at Christian Caine's 4,500 square foot Shepherdstown location. There you can find everything from old-fashioned wax carving tools to a state-of-the-art laser welder. "Because we can do so much, our clients' jewelry never leaves the shop, something they find very reassuring." We also design and produce our own exclusive collection of travel-inspired jewelry. With shapes and colors influenced by our many trips to Europe, this ever-growing collection exemplifies Christopher's innate tendencies toward clean, classical styles.
