Church Farm Care

Church Farm Care is a family owned company of four homes in Cotgrave, West Bridgford and Radcliffe on Trent. We specialise in the care of people living with a dementia in three of the homes and provide high quality residential, nursing care and palliative care in two. We believe that each person is an individual with a life history that we respect. Helping people to feel at home, safe, secure and loved with the feeling that every day can be well-lived is what drives us.
