Cincinnati Works

Cincinnati Works offers a holistic approach to eliminating poverty in the Tri-State area by providing job readiness training and ongoing employment counseling. Over 5,000 people have been helped begin their journey to economic self-sufficiency since Dave and Liane Phillips founded Cincinnati Works in 1996. Cincinnati Works is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that brings hope and encouragement to people living in poverty, through a network of job services and employer partnerships.
