At Cinco de Mayo we strive to provide the greater Dover area with a true Mexican dining experience filled with staples such as nachos, chicken tortilla soup, enchiladas, quesadillas, burritos, and fajitas as well as new favorites like the El Molcajete--a bubbling molcajete filled with grilled shrimp, diced rib-eye and sauteed bell peppers onions, and mushrooms.
