"Cindy you again prove to be Very smart! We blew a garage door spring on Wednesday night. However, it was covered under the Old Republic (+enhancement) home warranty that you insisted on. While they were out here we had them do the other spring, but all of it was WAY cheaper than without the warranty. Old Republic's service was quick and thorough! However, the enhancement is also a nice plus; without it - the spring wouldn't have been covered at all. If people balk please use this as an example.
