We developed and daily develop our online, SaaS-based dialogue platform to help companies ad consultants to simply listen carefully, make people think and re-think and unleash the power of thought processes of groups. CircleLytics is not about individual ideas, individual opinions only, but about the power of reflection, taking other people's perspective to challenge your own thoughts, ideas, challenge people to re-think, change their minds, and support better ideas, better thoughts than theirs. They're willing to do so, which proves the power of the wisdom of crowds. We solve this issue of surveys (low respons, no process of reflection, mostly multiple choice) and online discussion groups (low participation, low content, socially-desirable contributions). CircleLytics is offered as a SaaS subscription for 1 to multiple years. Corporate customers and consultants apply our dialogue platform to leverage their communication strategy, win hearts and minds of their stakeholders such as customers and employees, and create a sustainable change and impact. CircleLytics is a fan and accelerator of many modern principles to run a company and leadership approaches such as servant leadership, radical candor, appreciative inquiry, inclusive leadership, etc. CircleLytics offers ample types and templates, in addition to custom dialogue templates, such as the SWOT analysis, Stop - Keep - Start feedback, Business Model Canvas, etc. We work with partners and in addition offer subscriptions directly to companies' C-level, Innovation, Compliance, Strategy staff, HR, and Employee Councils.
