City Gate Construction (CGC) is establishing itself as an industry leader. Founded in 2003, we are a privately-owned Construction, Refurbishment and Maintenance main contractor with offices in Scotland and England. The company are headquartered in Paisley and has consolidated its position as a major contributor to the construction industry employing over 150 staff across eight fully integrated divisions whilst maintaining a year on year commitment to trades apprentices, which reflects 12% of our workforce. We recognise the importance of industry-standard accreditations, and we work continually to add to those we have, which currently include ConstructionLine, Safe Contractor, CHAS, NICEIC, GasSafe, SNIPEF, and Achilles accreditations. We pride ourselves on delivering real customer satisfaction at all times: More than 70 percent of our customers have been using us for at least five years. Over the past ten years, we've averaged over 89 percent repeat business.
