City Road Veterinary Centre
City Road veterinary centre in Truro was established in the 1960's by Tony Dyson. In the 1970's the practice was joined by retired veterinary surgeon Michael Kingdon. The work was initially mainly farm animal but over the years has gradually changed and is now a 100% small animal practice treating pets. We pride ourselves on always being an integral part of the community, moving with the times but continuously aiming to be at the forefront of developments within the veterinary profession within Cornwall. We benefit from regularly updated and modern facilities but maintain a warm and friendly, family based, personal service. We are delighted to have been accredited by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons as maintaining the highest standard of veterinary care- they have awarded us by making City Road veterinary centre an approved small animal practice. In addition we are an RCVS listed training practice so that student nurses can train to become qualified veterinary nurses.
