CivilSurv is the successor and continuation of the Lakeland and Stuart Divisions of local firms that were established in 1980. As a multi-disciplinary firm, operating in various regions of Florida, Mrs. Breed is an accomplished industry leader, with a particular emphasis in public-sector infrastructure planning, surveying, design, permitting and construction inspection services. Mrs. Breed directs, supervises and oversees a diverse team of Professionals, Technical, and Administrative staff, working for State, County, and City clients, along with a select group of Heavy Industrial/Institutional and other similar private clients. With 24 years of professional experience, coupled with national training and education in corporate leadership and governance, Mrs. Breed's background provides unique insight and direction into all of our services and markets.
