In 1985, Municipal Solutions Group was formed by government employees who believed in the power of software automation. With resounding success, and over 300 customers in the early to mid-2000s, the decision was made to transition to a cloud-based platform, one that would stand the test of time - Salesforce. This prompted the split of Municipal Solutions Group, giving birth to Clariti - a stand-alone, 100% software-as-a-service (SaaS) company offering innovative and empowering modules for permitting and licensing.
