CLARK CONSTRUCTION OF TEXAS

In the mid 90s Clark Construction helped develop and became a leader in the Nova Chip process Asphalt Paving. This process has numerous awards of Qualtiy paving Awards from TxDOT and Texas Asphalt Pavement Association. 2009 they won a NAPA award for Nova Chip top Quality Award for all of USA. Recently Clark Construction furthered its ethics policy by bringing Dondi Scumaci to certify all management positions and office personel the latest ethics standard. It is the goal of Clark Construction to have its employees uphold the highest standard of ethics in their capacity of representing Clark Construction of Tx, Inc.
