Cake items include the traditional pound cake, sponge, devil, chiffon, snack cakes and other specialty cake items. The Food Processing Division is USDA-approved. It processes soups, sauces, side dishes, stews, processed meat products, meat and vegetable fillings, gourmet hors d'ouvres, specialty snacks and appetizers. Our customers include multi-unit bakeries and quick service dining restaurant chains, major food service distributors, hotels, schools, supermarket chains, warehouse clubs, convenience stores, food manufacturers and specialty restaurants.
