The Cleeve Care Group provides over 32,000 hours of care per week. In many regions, we are the approved NHS and Council provider of care for the elderly, adults with complex needs and children. As care professionals we understand that you need options for your individual patients and clients. Some might need help at home or even a 24 hour live in carer and others might prefer to be cared for in a nursing or residential home. Whatever you suggest to them, we are all working together towards the same goal of giving patients and clients choices.
