Cliffside Rehabilitation & Residential Health Care Center

We offer a variety of innovative programs and work actively with our residents' families, with a holistic approach in obtaining our residents' optimum health and happiness. Our supportive Intervention Program helps clients and their families adjust to new settings, and our eldercare specialists visit our clients who are hospitalized. We offer a continuing care program, work closely with area hospitals, participate in most insurance plans, and our admissions specialists assist in the Medicaid application process.
