Climax Overseas Pvt. Ltd. was the first Rubber manufacturer in the country to be awarded the ISO/TS 16949:2009 Certification. All our manufacturing units adapt the Total Quality Management (TQM) Approach and apply the world renowned Japanese Quality Practices like Kaizen, Gemba, 5S etc in order to produce and deliver the best quality to our global OEM & Aftermarket customers. All our Suppliers go through our Stringent Supplier Audit based on the ISO/TS requirements before being inducted into the Supplier base and further periodic checks are carried out to ensure the smooth running of quality systems. We follow an equally Robust System for approving Supplier Parts and follow a rigorous process of Quality Check both at supplier end as well as at the Incoming Stage at our location. We have a dedicated team of Supplier Quality Engineers who spend a lot of time at Supplier's shop floor to ensure that they delivery only the best quality and also help them improve their internal quality system.
