The founder is a retired Army Nurse Corps Officer, who for over half of her Army career worked exclusively on Health Facility Planning - from small projects to multi billion dollar programs - from military clinics and hospitals in the U.S. and overseas, to humanitarian and military missions overseas, from peacetime to Iraq and Afghanistan during times of conflict. Sharon L. Steele's most recent positions were as Transition Planner for the U.S. Army MEDCOM facility moves in South Korea, Planner working with DHA on World-Class objectives, Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Program Officer for the U.S. Army Surgeon General, managing over $4B worth of projects; Director of Program Integration, Contingency Director, and Senior Clinical Planner at the U.S. Army Health Facility Planning Agency. She has been recognized for her technical expertise and her leadership of Army Medical Facility Planning Teams into combat zones.
