At CLM Services, we believe in the power of camping: to create memories, to bring friends and family together, to enjoy the great outdoors. With the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) now declared a global pandemic, we are committed to keeping our facilities as clean and sanitary as possible. Our highest priority is the health and well-being of our guests and employees. We are closely monitoring developments and guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other relevant authorities regarding the spread of the virus. Although camping in your own tent or RV could be seen as an alternate method of "Social Distancing", there are common public areas within our campgrounds that need to be kept as thoroughly disinfected as possible. In response to COVID-19, CLM Services has enhanced our already comprehensive sanitation and cleaning procedures and techniques to be even more rigorous. We take great pride in maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. We have ongoing staff briefings regarding our comprehensive protocols to increase the frequency of cleaning all public areas (including, but not limited to, camp stores, bathrooms, marinas, yurts, and rental cabins) and continue to use effective disinfectants. The frequency with which we disinfect not only restrooms, but all public contact points such as trash can lids, faucets and fee stations has increased. If you have any concerns about any area of a campground, please talk to our local manager. They will be happy to explain exactly how we are cleaning or willing to change their procedures if we are missing something. If you have an existing reservation, we look forward to seeing you and want to assure you we are taking every reasonable precaution to promote a safe and healthy environment. If you wish to change your plans, we have always maintained a flexible cancellation or rescheduling policy. We will continue to provide any updates as this situation evolves.
