Centre for Management Excellence UK (CMEUK) was incorporated to provide consultancy services, leadership and management training to government as well as private sector organizations. Initial stage was devoted to developing the East and Southern Africa market before spreading out to the rest of Africa and the World. Besides the UK; Centre for Management Excellence UK (CMEUK) has offices in Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania as well as Country Representation in Uganda, Ghana and Rwanda. At CMEUK, we recognize that due to increasing cost and resource implications, regional open courses and tailored programs provide the most effective way to up skill teams. This is why many clients of CMEUK have benefited from our in-country tailored solutions enabling organizations to schedule and plan for required training programs throughout the year whilst receiving cost efficiencies through local course delivery. Since the launch of CMEUK, over 3000 senior officials have attended our programmes, made possible though our collaboratiion with highly competent UK based associates and counterpart associates based in Africa. Blending the two categories of associates has enabled CMEUK to deliver both management consultancies and training programmes at exceptional levels. In Zambia CMEUK worked with Management Development Division (MDD), Office of the President, Cabinet Office on civil service reforms through a series of management consultancies, coaching workshops and training of change agents. In March 2011 the Government of the Republic of Zambia launched the implementation of reforms in 3 Pilot Ministries. We have also worked with Public Service Management Division (PSMD), Office of the President, Cabinet Office on training assignments funded by the Commonwealth Secretariat. In Tanzania CMEUK has been working with President's Office Public Service Management (POPSM) in delivering senior Executive Management Programs across Central Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs).
