CMS Investigations Group was founded in 1991 and is owned and operated by a 29 year LAPD veteran, 29 year LAPD veteran, with assignments as an investigator in internal affairs, homicide, gangs and narcotics; a senior supervisor in the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) unit, an international instructor on police tactical procedures; and is a published author. CMS specializes in investigations, executive protection, workplace violence, expert witness, transportation of high-value goods and process service.
